I started training with Carrie to gain some confidence and fitness after a series of injuries that set me back from my goals. Carrie took the time to talk through my goals, analyze my current fitness, and even address my mental state. From there, she set up run days, strength training, and some cross-training to fit my schedule and fitness needs.
Through consistent guidance and support, I am working my way to my running goals and finding the love for running that I had lost. Carrie is an amazing coach.
